JUICE PASTEURISER

                                         

The  extracted fruit pulp is de-aerated and treated to obtain enzyme deactivation to avoid oxidation. The pulp / juice is passed through pasteurisation / sterilization cycle in a plate heat exchanger or a Spiratron. This pulp / juice is then sent to the concentration section. 

The juice / pulp is further evaporated  by evaporation techniques :
 
  Falling Film type : For products with low viscosity.
  Forced Circulation type
  Scraped Surface type: For products having high viscous properties.

Evaporators can be offered in single or multi stage effect execution, depending upon the customer requirements with a combination of the above systems
 
The concentrated product is introduced through the standardisation, sterilization and aseptic packing.
